Please read the Josephine Taylor Concepts (J.T.C) refund policy carefully before purchasing from our website. If you have any queries, please send our team a message via our website or email us direct at josephinetaylorconcepts@outlook.com

Please read descriptions carefully for each specific product before placing your order as once the transactions are complete the orders are finalized, sent directly to our team for dispatch. If any issues occur immediately contact out team to ensure purchase rectifications.

Please be aware when entering shipping addresses upon purchasing, errors may occur. This happens due to customer input when not entering correct spelling. If such errors occur, urgent contact is necessary to our customer service team so Adjustments to your shipping address then can be rectified prior to order dispatch. 

Delays on contacting J.T.C will have a possible result in further issues. If errors are identified immediately, we will strive to rectify prior to dispatch. The importance of notifying our team is urgent as J.T.C continue to strive in processing parcels immediately after purchases. However, if the customer hasn’t contacted J.T.C immediately after the purchase it may result in further issues. The delivery may not arrive as mentioned previousely due to incorrect spelling. If Customer input is found to be the error causing our purchase to be misplaced a refund will not be honoured.

Each of our products are ethically sourced from around the world, Australian made as well as handmade by J.T.C. Please ensure that when purchasing items from J.T.C minimal variations may occur, these handmade items will not be classed as faults as they are the uniquely handcrafted.  If you suspect a manufacturing fault with your item, please email our team josephinetaylorconcepts@outlook.com immediately to address the nature of the fault, along with your invoice, order number  reference and description of the fault specific to the purchase. 

Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault unless within 7 days of delivery. After the 8th day of delivery, it is then the customers responsibility to care for their items purchased items. If the item has been misused, damaged, mistreated by the customer items are not eligible for a refund. If the item is deemed faulty by Josephine Taylor Concepts the item must be returned, at the customers expense, within 7 days of fault inquiry. Returns that do not meet J.T.C refund policy requirements may be denied. Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund or exchange. This is depending on stock availability.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, when an item has incurred a minor fault, we are then required to repair the fault and resend to the customer. If the fault cannot be repaired a replacement product will then be reissued to the customer. If the product originally purchased is no longer available an alternate product only matching the original sales price can then be substituted. If then the item cannot be replaced, repaired, or substituted a refund will then be honoured for the total of the purchase price. 

Company Disclaimer: Josephine Taylor Concepts reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund in accordance to the refund policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, items will be returned to the customer if requested.
